Due to fragrance shipping regulations, orders are available only within the United States.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, the approved method for transporting perfume domestically.

Each order is prepared and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Tracking is provided upon shipment.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

If you are unsure about a scent, we recommend starting with the 2ml or 5ml discovery sizes before purchasing a full bottle.

All sales are otherwise final.

Each fragrance is blended and bottled in small batches by D&Scent Studio.

All scents are original formulations created independently, never mass-produced or white-labeled.

D&Scent Studio operates on a one-year release cycle.

Each fragrance exists for one year only before being permanently retired to the archive.

This approach preserves the identity of each scent, tying it to a specific season and moment.
