Refund policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dscentstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Not sure where to start? Our 2 ml samples let you experience a fragrance before committing to a full bottle.

Every 2 ml sample includes a $12 credit toward a future full-size bottle purchase.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all other sales are final.
